I've developed a plugin that can take any HTML block and transform it to a Gutenberg configurable block, without additional coding. It has two components: a WordPress plugin, and a browser extension (Firefox or Chrome).

With everything installed, you enable the browser extension, click and HTML element and send it to your WordPress site. Magic Blocks calculates CSS and then creates and install a Gutenberg block, that works as any default Gutenberg block.
